Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of SignalPost (“SignalPost”, “we”, “us”), operated by Native Builders. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

The service

SignalPost helps you run your own LinkedIn: you draft posts and comments (with optional AI help), schedule them on a calendar, and, once you connect your LinkedIn account, SignalPost publishes the posts you approve and shows you analytics on how they performed. You review and approve everything before it is published. You connect LinkedIn yourself, we only publish content you have created and approved, and you are responsible for what you publish.

Your account

You sign in with your email (a magic link and one-time code). Keep access to your email secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts are for a single person.

Connecting LinkedIn

Connecting your LinkedIn account is optional and done through LinkedIn’s own authorization screen, where you approve exactly what SignalPost may do on your behalf (such as publishing the posts you schedule and reading your own analytics). You can disconnect at any time from Settings. Your use of LinkedIn is also governed by your own agreement with LinkedIn, and you are responsible for using SignalPost in line with LinkedIn’s terms.

Free trial and billing

• New accounts start with a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required to begin.
• After the trial, continued access requires a subscription (currently $19/month, or an annual plan). Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
• You can cancel anytime from your billing portal; access continues to the end of the paid period.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details.

Acceptable use

Use SignalPost lawfully and in line with LinkedIn’s own terms. You are responsible for what you choose to publish. Do not use the service to publish unlawful, misleading, or infringing content; to send spam or run coordinated inauthentic behaviour, undisclosed bots, or fake engagement; to harass or deceive others; to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or circumvent the service’s limits; or to scrape, crawl, or run unauthorized automated scripts against LinkedIn or any other service.

Your content

You own the ideas, notes, writing samples, and posts you create or provide. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the service (for example, to help you draft and publish the posts you approve). We do not sell your content.

No guarantee of results

SignalPost is provided “as is.” We work hard to make it useful, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as followers, engagement, or revenue.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, SignalPost and Native Builders are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.

Changes and termination

We may update the service or these terms; material changes will be communicated. You may stop using SignalPost at any time, and we may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
