Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of SignalPost (“SignalPost”, “we”, “us”), operated by Native Builders. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

The service

SignalPost helps founders grow on LinkedIn: it drafts comments and posts in your voice and surfaces a daily queue from a circle you curate. You are always in control — SignalPost never posts on your behalf and never logs into your LinkedIn account. You review, edit, and publish everything yourself.

Your account

You sign in with your email (a magic link and one-time code). Keep access to your email secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts are for a single person.

Free trial and billing

• New accounts start with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to begin.
• After the trial, continued access requires a subscription (currently $39/month, or an annual plan). Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
• You can cancel anytime from your billing portal; access continues to the end of the paid period.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details.

Acceptable use

Use SignalPost lawfully and in line with LinkedIn’s own terms. You are responsible for what you choose to post. Do not use the service to harass, spam, deceive, or infringe others’ rights, or to reverse-engineer or disrupt the service.

Your content

You own the ideas, notes, and posts you create. You grant us a limited license to process your content and your public LinkedIn data solely to provide the service (for example, to learn your voice and draft posts). We do not sell your content.

No guarantee of results

SignalPost is provided “as is.” We work hard to make it useful, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as followers, engagement, or revenue.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, SignalPost and Native Builders are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.

Changes and termination

We may update the service or these terms; material changes will be communicated. You may stop using SignalPost at any time, and we may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
